JENKS, Carolyn Ann, age 66, passed away July 18, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, George T. and Ann M. O’Guin Schwarz. Survived by son, Larry C. (Michele) Jenks; daughter, Traci M. (Robert) Adkins; sisters, Elaine Mears, Juanita Norman, Dee Schwarz; brother, Fred Schwarz; grandchildren, L.C., Chanler, Chrissi, Michael and Ashley. Visitation with the family will be at Madison Funeral Home Friday, 4 – 8 p.m. and Saturday 10 until service time at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home with Roger Elliott, Pastor, Long Hollow Baptist Church officiating.
