Michael Clark of Westmoreland, TN passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017; he was 30. He is survived by his mother, Toni Clark; sister, Paula Michelle Clark; brother, Dalton Davenport; niece, Dystanie "Tootie" Shadowens; nephew, Anthony Clark; Fiance,'Theresa Johnson and her daughter Breonna whom Michael loved very much.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 12 noon in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home with visitation on Tuesday from 5 to 8pm. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. MADISON FUNERAL HOME (615)868-9020.
