He is survived by his wife, Rena Owens, sons, Justin (Tamara) Owens and Stirling (Jennifer) Owens, daughter, Shylene (Andrew) Tinsley, and grandchildren, Asher Owens, Declan Owens, Briana Relles, Luke Owens, Charlotte Owens, Michael Tinsley, and Morgan Tinsley.
He is also survived by his sister, Norma Johnson, brothers, Bill (Kathryn) Owens, and Charles (Patty) Owens, and sister-in-law, Hannah (Eddie Owens) Collins, as well as nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
