Michael Hugh Sloane

Michael Hugh “Mike” Sloane of Lebanon, TN went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, November 9, 2015, he was 60. Born in London, England on December 10, 1954 to his parents the late David Sloane and his mother, Eleanor Murdock Sloane of Hendersonville, NC; Mike is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Joan Cooning; daughter, Emily Sloane of Knoxville, TN; brothers, Peter (Glenda Rhoades) Sloane of Newport, OR and Eric (Carolyn) Sloane of Wallingford, PA; god daughter, Harper Fields of Nashville, TN; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, November 12, 2015 in the sanctuary of Trevecca Community Church of the Nazarene at 4pm with Dr. Dwight Gunter, II and Dr. Dan Boone officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 2pm until service time.
