Adam passed in Sasebo, Japan, and is survived by his mother Cheryl, siblings Erik & Jessica, children Kylie, Warren, Hanna, Liona, & Adam, grandchildren Inara & Ellie, and nieces Alexandria, Kasumi, Melody, Sayuri, & Elizabeth. Adam served in the United States Navy for 20 years, consisting of being an Electronic Warfare Specialist and Instructor. During his time Adam made the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E7) and received the following awards; Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (7), Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Commendation (2), Navy “E” Ribbon (4), Good Conduct Medal (6), National Defense Service Medal (2), Kosovo Campaign Medal (3), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Medal (7), Navy and Marine Corps Service Ribbon (8), Pistol Sharpshooter Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation, Iraq Campaign Medal, and NATO Kosovo Medal. Upon retirement, Adam continued to work in the government as a shop foreman still working on Naval equipment until his passing.
A Celebration of Life Service, with Military honors, will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, August 5, 2022, in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home, 219 E. Old Hickory Blvd., Madison, TN 37115
