Anthony (Tony) Strickland, born September 23, 1981, left us far too soon, on March 15, 2024, at the age of 42.

He is preceded in death by his grandmothers Happy Birdsong, and Jimmie Strickland; grandfathers, Billy Birdsong, and Charles Strickland Sr; mother, Rita Kendall; and father, Charles Strickland Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel Strickland; fur baby, Mufasa; sister, Brandy (Doug) Kincaid; niece, Natalya Kincaid; and nephews, Zachary and Nicholas Kincaid.

Anthony was born and lived his life in Nashville, Tennessee. He believed in honoring your true self and standing up for what you believe in. Family was incredibly important to him and he was loyal, kind, and caring, and always wore his heart on his sleeve.
