Charles W. McMorris

On March 30, 2023, at the age of 88, Charles McMorris fell peacefully asleep in Jesus name. He was born May 13, 1934 in Starksville, Mississippi, to Scott McMorris and Maude (Peterson) McMorris. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; Scott McMorris, Elmer McMorris, and Roosevelt McMorris, five sisters; Sally Mae Buckner, Dolly B. Sanders, Flora McShan, Beatrice Davis, and Rosie Lee Cole, and two children; Debroah Ann McMorris and Ellen Janette McMorris.
He is survived by his wife; Mely (Osorio) McMorris, two children; son and daughter-in-law Dexter and Theresa McMorris, Daughter and son-in-law Belinda and Jimmy Bradford, Step-daughter Audra O’Brien and her husband Tim, Six Grandchildren; Darrius Strong and his wife Tamekia, Justin McKinley and his wife Reina, Dante Strong and his wife Loida, DeAndre Strong and his wife Norissa, Darin Strong and his wife Monica, and Miasha McMorris. Nineteen Great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
