Jeremiah Dwayne Sanford, age 34 died on October 9, 2015. He is survived by parents, William Eugene Sanford and Tina Morris; sons, Christian, Harrison, Jaxon, Jeremiah, Jr.; daughters, Brooklyn and Jazlyn; brothers, Matthew and Benjamin; sisters, Christina, Jessica, Megan and Janie; many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 15, 2015 1pm until the time of Service at 7pm in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home.
