Jerry Neal Smith

Jerry Neal Smith, Age 78, passed away in his home surrounded by family and friends on July 2, 2023.

Jerry was preceded in death by his wife Louise Smith. He is survived by his step-daughter; Connie Frazier,

3 nephews; Bobby (Anna) Smith, Jimmy (Jackie) Smith, and Joel Smith, and 1 niece; Debbie (Bobby) Goldsby.

Jerry was a lifelong resident of Madison, TN. He graduated from Madison High School and Belmont University

before serving his country in the US Army. He was a founding member of the Bethel House of God where he

served as Pianist for many years.

Visitation with the family will be held from 4 - 8 PM, Wednesday, July 5, 2023, and from 11 AM - 2PM,

Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Madison Funeral Home.

The Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 6, 2023 in the Chapel of Madison Funeral

Home, officiated by Pastor Tony Rogers-Sirten. Serving as Pallbearers; Tom Sirten, Matt Richter, Andy

Stephens, David Stephens, Patrick Narramore, and Melvin Blalock.

Interment will follow at Forrest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Goodlettsville, TN.
