John Anna Brown

John "Johnnie" Anna Brown, March 14, 2024. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents; Willis and Kitty Floyd, her husband; Wilson Brown, her son; Mike Brown, and her sister; Naomi Frazier. She is survived by her daughters; Lisa Brown and Teresa Shrum (Steve), her daughter-in-law Laura Brown, her grandchildren; Nick Brown (Amy), Kayla Clark (Landon), and Jacob Brown, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Johnnie was devoted to her family and her church. She was an inspiration and friend to many. She loved playing card games, and puzzles, and spending time with family and friends. She will be missed by so many.
Visitation with the family will be held from 9 AM - 11 AM, Wednesday, March 20, 2024, with funeral service to follow at 11 AM, at the Dickerson Road Baptist Church, 3601 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, TN 37207, officiated by Bro. Mike Blankenship. The interment will be at Roselawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 5350 NW Broad St., Murfreesboro, TN 37129, at 1 PM, March 20, 2024. Serving as Active Pallbearers; Jacob Brown, Landon Clark, Nick Brown, Charles Holland, Max Gibbs, Gary Asberry, Dwayne Hodges, and Phillip Hodges, Honorary Pallbearers; Steve Shrum, Jace Clark, and Austin Brown.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made in her name to the Dickerson Road Baptist Church, or "Do Something Kind for Someone."
