Joseph Carl Craft Dalton

Joseph Carl Craft Dalton, 37, passed away while saving his Mother and his sons lives during the powerful tornado that hit his home in Madison, TN, Saturday, December 9, 2023.

JoJo, as he was known to his family and friends, was preceded in death by his beloved Grandmother; Jessie Craft, and his Father; Eddie Scott Dalton. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his Mother; Benita Joey Dalton, his Fiance; Cassandra Diket and his son; Aiden Dalton. Survivors also include his sister; Hannah Lawrence, his Mother-In-Law; Juanita Tillson, his Grandmother; Linda Lawrence, and many adopted brothers, friends, and his work family.

Mr. Dalton deeply loved his entire family (including their family dog "Gizzy"}. He also loved gaming sports, and food, especially Cookies and ice cream with melted peanut butter. He was a very loving and hardworking man and would take the shirt off his back for a stranger. He dearly loved his job and all the friends there that became his work family.

The family will be having a Celebration of Life Gathering to be announced at a later date.
