Lillie Mai Smith of Madison, age 85, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. Survived by sons Mark Gourley of Nashville, Ron (Karen) Smith of Goodlettsville; daughters Renae (Mike) Roach of Signal Mountain, Janice Gallahan of Chattanooga; special sister Charlene Hewell of Hermitage; five grandchildren; Ronnie "Bubba" Smith, Angel Thomas, Daniel Smith, Stephen Roach, Noah Roach; seven great grandchildren, Shayla Smith, Jackson Smith, Dylan Smith, Jake Smith, Molly Smith, Brianna Thomas, Chaise Thomas. Preceded in death by son, John Gourley. Ms. Smith never met a stranger and was loved by family and friends alike. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 9, 2014 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home, 219 East Old Hickory Blvd, Madison, TN and where funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 10a.m. with visitation one hour prior to service.
