Survived by Brenda Lee Hornbuckle Frady; sons, Christian Alexander Frady, Christopher Frady; daughter Christy Lee Stark; brother, Clint Frady; sister, Lynn Carroll; grandchildren, Shelby and Camryn Stark. Visitation Thursday, January 6, 2011 2:00 p.m. until service time at 7 p.m. in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations many be made to Vanderbilt Hospital Hospitality House.
