Sammy Ray Adams

Sammy Ray Adams, Age 77, passed away at his home surrounded by his family, on Tuesday morning April 2, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents; Wiley and Katie Adams, his brothers; Charlie and Jimmy Adams, and his sister Helen Adams. Sammy is survived by his wife; Georgia Swafford Adams, his son; Jimmy Ray Adams (Tommy), several nieces and nephews, and one special nephew; Randall Adams.
Visitation with the family will be held from 9 AM - 10 AM, Friday, April 5, 2024, at Madison Funeral Home immediately followed by A Celebration of Life Service at 10 AM, officiated by Bro. John Murray. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Richard Keller, Jimmy Riddle, Johnny Jenkins, Phillip Redding, Bradford Harris, and Richard Harper.
In lieu of Flowers, the family has requested that donations in his name, be made to the Madison Free Will Baptist Church, 300 Scalf Dr., Madison, TN 37115.
