Samuel Joseph DiDomenico of Greenbrier, TN passed away on June 7, 2018, he was 54. Preceded in death by his parents Santos and Ann LaBruzzo DiDomenico.
He is survived by his loving wife of twenty years, Michele "Mickey" DiDomenico of Greenbrier, TN; two children and two step-children.
Mr. DiDomenico was employed with Shared Hospital Co. for many years. He was a devoted husband and was loved by all.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 1pm on Saturday, June 16, 2018 in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home 219 E. Old Hickory Blvd Madison, TN with visitation beginning at 12 noon. Madison Funeral Home (615)868-9020.
