Preceded in death by husband, W.C. Binkley; brothers, Stanley and Haskell Sanders; sister, Lela Allen,Billie Jean Perry, and Sarah Ann Sanders.
Survived by daughter, Beth (Billy) Philbin; brother, Wendell Sanders; sister, Mildred Bidwell; grandchildren, Chris (Shelby) Crowley, Katie and Erin Philbin.
Mrs. Binkley was a long time member of the Madison Church of Christ and also worked at the church for many years.
