Thomas Oakley Riggsby

Thomas Oakley Riggsby of Madison, TN passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018. Mr. Riggsby is preceded in death by his son Douglas Eugene Zerfoss and his brother Bobby Lee Riggsby. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Ann Riggsby; daughter, Gail Ann Sears; sister, Gloria Gail Van Devander (William Clark); grandchildren, Patricia Ann Zerfoss, April Nicole Sears, Matthew Earnest Sears, Khristyne Carlisle, Brittany Ellis, Thomas Smith and Summer Brooke Manlove; great grandson, Alex Zerfoss. Mr. Riggsby was a member of Madison Congregation Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness. There are no services planned at this time.
