Paula Diane Graham Age 66 of Nashville, TN passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019 in Nashville, GA.

Paula is preceded in death by her father, Paul Tant.

She is Survived by her Husband, Albert Graham; Daughter, Rachel Jenkins; Mother, Betty Ballanfant Tant; Brothers, Mark and Wayne Tant and all of her other loving family members.

Paula's cremation service will be held by Madison Funeral Home.

 A Celebration of life will held, but has not been scheduled.
