Celebrating the Life of Dain Chapman " A Free Spirit" Dain Chapman, born September 26, 1973 in Nashville, TN, passed away unexpectedly in an accident on May 8, 2015 in Camp Verde, Arizona. A kind and warm soul, Dain never met a stranger. He was strong willed, giving and loving. He never gave up and every situation he left it better than he found it. Survived by loving family, including, father, Donald Ray Chapman, Sr.; mother, Wanda Faye Nokes; grandmother Sarah Frierson; siblings, including, sister, Michelle Chapman; brothers, Adam Fults and Jeff Fults; also Michelle Holt and Niki McDaniel; best friends, 'Fast Eddie" , dog, Jackson; and his soulmate, Diane Temple of Canada and a host of other family members and many friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home until time of Service at 1:00pm. Interment following at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
